Special Occasion Dinner Menu

Choose one entrée, one salad, one vegetable, and one starch. Assorted rolls and butter are included with all dinners. Prices are per person, minimum of 10 guests per entrée. Entrées are sold in increments of 10. Additional sides may be purchased by the half pan (see 9x13 menu). Prices are subject to change.

Entrée

Beef Tenderloin Market Price
The best of the beef! Beef tenderloin is marinated, roasted to perfection, sliced thick and served with au jus.
Beef Tenderloin Tips $35.00
Tips in a delicious rich gravy with mushrooms.
Beef Bourguignon $35.00
A classic recipe with pearl onions and sliced mushrooms in red wine sauce.
Pork Normandy $30.00
Oven-roasted pork tenderloin lightly seasoned with rosemary and served with cinnamon baked apples.
Champagne Chicken $25.00
Boneless chicken breast in an elegant champagne sauce with baked grape tomatoes and artichoke hearts.
Chicken Picatta $25.00
Breast of chicken served with a lemon garlic white wine sauce, capers and mushrooms. We suggest angel hair pasta as your choice of starch.
Chicken Parmesan $25.00
Breast of chicken with marinara sauce and Italian cheeses. We suggest angel hair pasta as your choice of starch.
Seafood Miami $40.00
A very special casserole of shrimp, scallops, white fish, artichokes, and mushrooms in a delicate white wine sauce with a crispy topping.
Poached Salmon Filet $30.00
Center cut North Atlantic salmon with homemade dill sauce. Served room temperature.

Salads

Caesar Salad
Crisp Romain lettuce topped with shredded Parmesan. Served with Ceaser dressing and croutons on the side.
Garden Salad
Fresh mixed greens with tomato, cucumber, shredded carrots and your choice of Ranch Dressing or Balsamic Vinaigrette.
Harbor Salad
Mixed greens, mandarin oranges, cranberries, blueberries, bleu cheese crumbles, pecans, and raspberry vinaigrette dressing. Add $1.00 per person.
